update.... There are two companies that make relocation kits for the blocked sensors westin 40-0005s and luverne 390210 in my case i left the two factory painted sensors in the bumper i ordered two new ones not painted (black) and used the kit so the truck still looks factory and the bar...

i know the 01-06 the seats have rubber around the track that degrade and you have to replace them with plastic shims i just did mine but i felt the seat shift every time i hit the gas or brake
Thank you guys for all the responses i really appreciate it. With that said i have already replaced the power steering pump, alternator, all pulleys, and water pump. The compressor and the fan clutch is original. But to the find the source of the noise is very hard as it has to be below 30 degrees
myself and the mechanic looked at that and it is a new gm steering box and ps pump . as well ass turning it side to side doesn't effect the whine at all so we have ruled it out. and the fluid is not like honey at all we have checked a few times
