If you notice, GM cheaped out on their performance intake tube by only providing one bung/connection port with a T connection going to the valve covers. I will be tapping an additional port into the right side of the intake for the Clean Side Separator. These are the parts I am waiting for.
The purpose of this thread is to provide my impressions of UPR Products' Dual Valve Catch Can CSS Plug N Play system for the 5.3L. I ordered their premium kit with clean side separator as well as spare O-rings and check valves. The kit can be found here...

Since I have molle on the back of my seat covers, I ordered a molle extinguisher cover to mount to the back of the seat from here:

I ordered the bracketeer from
http://www.thebracketeer.com
While it's a great concept, I found that in use it did not work well. Mounting in both the front and rear of the seat track yielded limited adjustment of the seat causing the mount to be pushed off the seat track. Looked really cool...
Just watched a really good two part video a guy posted on YouTube outlining this project extremely easily. He provided a link to a company called GEN5DIY who offers a pre assembled harness you can buy that simplifies install. Going to be tackling the project soon. Figured I'd leave this for...
I have a 2018 Tahoe as well. Just returned home from a 2000 mile trip (Odometer is currently at 11000) and my best 400 mile average was 27MPGs. That was traveling at an average speed of 70MPH through Kentucky, Arkansas, Tennessee and Texas. When I first bought the truck, the best I had got...
Sorry, done with these after they change it. Not really a truck anymore in my opinion. If I wanted luxury I'd purchase a luxury vehicle. To me the frame and axle is what makes it a truck.
I had the dealer put the performance intake, borla exhaust, mud flaps, and kicker sub in. I do not regret any of these accessories. Should be offered standard in my opinion.
I did the borla branded exhaust, the GM performance cold air intake as well as a blackbear tune. Love the truck- it should have come like this from the factory
Anyone have? West in, lund, rough country. Have my eye on a lund with integrated led bar. Looking For pictures of a tahoe with one installed. Google images not much help. Sorry, meant to post in exterior section, admins please move or delete.
I am not sure of the fabric. It's woven, kind of like codura/backpack material. I packed a large tuff box today and it didn't slide around. Packed a case of dasani water yesterday and didn't notice any noise. They are extremely well made and fit well.
