Morimoto XB fogs/ 2 stroke 2.0 Highs and Lows
Good Morning Guys and Gals, Took the plunge and ordered Morimoto 2 stroke 2.0 highs/lows as well as the XB fog assemblies. Truck is an 18' LT with the stock halogen set up. Will report back with photos and my overall thoughts after the install. I'll also be installing the PPV bumper valance... -

Tahoe PPV Deflector installed on 15 Suburban (shorter lower valance that comes on Police model)
Well, took the plunge and ordered the PPV air damn. Changing oil should be easier now since my gut won't catch. -

Alright guys and gals, Here are some initial photos. A little hard to get good ones. Will have to bust the droid out later. Install went well, but took a little time. High quality kit, great powder coating and packaged well. This thing is rock solid. Still getting everything dialed in. -

Everything delivers on Thursday. I'll get around to assembly on Sunday. I called Rhino-Rack and asked about their backbone system. They make it for the Suburbon and Yukon XL but not for a Tahoe yet. He said possibly may release next year. -
Tow hook/fog light fascia
I scuffed them a bit with wire brush, primed and painted. Holding up well besides a few small rock chips. -
2018 Tahoe Frame Coating
Happy with the nox-rust on my 2018. I had accidentally pressure washed a bunch of the factory coating off. Also noticed some areas missed by the factory. This stuff is awesome. Blends right in with factory coating. Easy to spray on, but it is a bit messy. Wear glasses when you do it, especially... -

Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform
That's one of the reasons I chose the pioneer platform. It attaches to the rails and doesn't require crossbar. Ensures a nice low profile look. -

Box to mount in 2nd battery tray
Yes Sir. Ordered some strong neodymium magnets from Amazon. They magnetized through the aluminum and onto the magnets I installed in the tray. See picture 2.- Tk59194

Future 2020/21 Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban
Not really a truck anymore once it gets independent rear suspension. Just another minivan. Large minivan, albeit, but loses all its charm once this happens, at least for me.- Tk59194
