Well the tire shop broke a stud while rotating my tires yesterday. Rather than take it to another shop I'm just going to fix myself. I've done it on another vehicle before so I know the basics. This is on the rear wheel so I'm looking for any tips or a link to a good video specific to our...
Hi blue bear I believe I bought most of the parts on Amazon and eBay I had to look around. Also I already had the proper crimp tool which helps build the connectors correctly.

Ok making some progress on this and wanted to share....it looks like you need to load the extra GM PID's from the settings (thanks TURNz!). I won't be able to test until later, but looks like it will work. :)
I got the Torque app up and running today. It connects fine and I can see various real time readouts, however the one I really wanted was trans temp. When I add it from the list it doesn't have any data. What am I doing wrong? Does my model Tahoe not have the ability to read trans temp? Any...
After reading/watching reviews I found out that Noco unit is junk. Failed load tests.
The XP-10 is basically top dog. In the end I ended up buying this one...
Liking the reviews on the NOCO units...might pick one up for my travels.

Wow those numbers are really low. I tow an 18.5' boat on a 1000 mile round trip 2-3 times per year and I've never seen numbers that low. Lowest have been the the 12mpg range, but don't think I've ever dipped into the 11's. I have tow package, but 3.42 :( maybe that's why I do a little better...
I went with a set of MSD Super Conductor recently and have been very happy.

Been cleaning/oiling K&N filters on trucks/motorcycles for years. The K&N cleaner is really good! Dirt/grease basically melts off. That being said I'm pretty sure it's a close formula to other cleaners like Purple Power (Autozone) or SuperClean. Go easy with the oil. I oil both sides, but...
Sorry for taking so long to respond...here is a thread with some pictures...

I wired them into the existing fog connectors in the factory fog locations. I did need to buy the connectors to build for the pigtails on the cubes. You could just twist and tape, but I'm way to obsessive for that! I swapped to a Z71 valance at the same time (you are already Z71). I marked...
Thanks for the info. I'm going to see if my Diablo inTune has real time display of coolant temp before I order the adapter and app. I know The inTune data logs, but not sure if I can view while driving.
This seems to be the best seller on Amazon and they recommend the Torque app for Android: https://www.amazon.com/BAFX-Products-34t5-Bluetooth-Android/dp/B005NLQAHS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1491425222&sr=8-2&keywords=obd+bluetooth#customerReviews
