Thanks for all the input. Last question before I install sometime this week. I was overlooking the directions online and it says to torque the clamps to 45 ft. lbs. The directions do not give a torque spec for the bolts that connect to the flange on the intermediate pipe. It just says to tighten...
Sounds good. On the flange bolts, what did you spray them with, WD-40? Also, is it at all possible to get the stock exhaust out without cutting it? If not I can borrow my neighbors electric saw.
Ordered the Corsa off Jegs. The eBay deal looked great until I was going to be charged CA sales tax. Jegs says it will ship out Monday.
Any tips for when I install?
Their call center is opened till 3pm today. ;)

Thanks for the info!
Yea I saw it. That's why I'm on the phone now with Amazon to see how many boxes were shipped.

Only one box was shipped. The Corsa box I got clearly says "BOX 2 OF 2". I'll be sending back Friday nd picking up...
Exhaust came today. Muffler and the long exhaust tube that goes before the muffler is missing along with a band clamp. What a bummer.
Does the exhaust kit normally come in two boxes?
:laughing1:
Sure hope everything is there. Amazon has the 30 day money back guarantee so if anything is missing I'll just get a RMA and send it back.

When I check the status on FedEx, package is showing up...
Ok. Ordered it yesterday off Amazon. Kit is normally $800. Amazon had a slightly damaged box but everything inside was in perfect condition. Got it for $366. Should be here tomorrow. Will report if anything is damaged and will install Thursday morning.
According to their site it says it does, "2000-2006 Chevy/GMC Trucks Tahoe/Yukon". On the right side of their page it says, " Full Cat-Back System fits Tahoe Z71 and 5.3L Yukon".
When I search Corsa 14232 on Google it says 2002-2006.
Want to make sure it fits my 2001 before I pull the trigger...
Got the Tahoe smogged yesterday. For everyone in CA, running a catch can will make you fail smog due to modifying smog equipment. The smog attendant was nice enough to let me go home, remove the catch can, and come back to retest.
Went to use the spray on my windshield and of course no fluid came out. Checked the reservoir and it was empty. I always keep it full so that was weird.
After I filled it up I noticed fluid coming out. Crawled under the truck and its leaking on the right side above the rear pump, what looks...
Sorry to bump this thread.
I was washing my Tahoe this past weekend and noticed both front wiper are coming apart. I replaced them less than a year ago.
Anyways I'm looking at the Bosch blades. Will the 16" Icon or Evolution fit on the rear or do I need to get a different blade?
I have the 18" hybrid wheels (see sig) that came off a Hybrid Yukon. I have the GMC center caps also. Could keep your ride looking factory.
Would you possibly be interested in working out a trade?
