It is indeed the air compressor. Pulled the AC compressor fuse then stood back by the air compressor. Loud as heck!- tkdgirl

It's not that. I know what that sounds like. This is coming from the engine bay. So unless there's a compressor up there, that's not it.- tkdgirl

2011 Yukon Denali XL 6.2L deleted. Fuel pump is brand new (AC Delco). Water pump/oil pump replaced 2 years ago when it was deleted. I suspect it's the AC compressor as well since the cold air stops after around 20-25 min.- tkdgirl

So it started a few months ago. Took it to my mechanic and he couldn't seem to find the source. I placed the phone centered on the engine bay, right above the grill. It's worse when its cold. Sort of have the opposite. I'm thinking of selling my 2011. It has $20k plus in repairs/replacements including deleted, new transmission, rear factory shocks, trans lines, oil pump, water pump, radiator, rear main seal, bigger camshaft, all new tires and custom tune. This is exactly what happened. Once it was deleted, they did a special tune for performance especially when towing. Assuming it was done in tow mode but not sure. The downshift happened a little before the transmission blew but now it's a ton worse. So whatever settings the GMC dealer did with...- tkdgirl

But wouldn't the vehicle not work properly if it went back to the default tune? I mean I told the transmission guy that he could not flash Nick, thank you. As I posted here last month, my transmission blew and was replaced with a GM OEM one. Since then, I am having a terrible time with 2-3 clunks when stopping. It did happen with the old transmission but only when towing. Now, it's everyday driving. I have a custom tune so not sure where to start...- tkdgirl

Slow Crank When Engine Hot: Replace Battery Cables?
Injectors were all inspected when I did the engine rebuilt last summer. This has been an ongoing issue for over two years. I replaced the EVAP solenoid as well as the canister. Have not looked at the purge valve.- tkdgirl

When I posted on my transmission thread about a slow crank when my Yukon has been driving for a while, a kind member suggested replacing the battery cables. The dripping happened when the car was 100% dry. It was super humid out so it makes me think it was condensation. -

Drains on sunroof are clear and the surround bone dry. I replaced the resistor so will see if it happens again. -
