    In 2022, I bought a 2021 with 36k highway miles. Engine was replaced at 42k miles, twice. In 2023, I bought a brand new vehicle. At 11,552 miles, the engine was replaced. Two vehicles, 3 engines, in approximately one year of ownership.

    Apparently after the latest firmware update, you have to hold down the button for 2 secs instead of like before where you could just select it.

    I've read about them and seen them recommended multiple times now. They offer a GM-backed service contract? Is it a true extension of the bumper-to-bumper warranty you start with? Or is this the same as any other extended service contract like Zurich or EasyCare? Any good or bad feedback?

    All apps suddenly missing on the rear entertainment

    My kid just let me know that there are no apps on the rear emtertainmemt screens. I was updated to software 172 a few weeks ago, but this was not an issue until suddenly this morning. Only options are HMDI1 and HMDI2. Any ideas?
