    99 Tahoe Maintains speeds even when throttle is "returned"

    replace the iac module on the intake. I just had these same symptoms and after alot of searching and some advice on this forum, I replaced the iac. had trouble slowing her down, especially when the a/c kicked in. 10 minutes and 67 dollars later, my '99 runs smoothly and predictably again.
