only one PCM (powertrain control module) the seat functions are controled the the BCM (body control module) check with a scrap yard see what you can find. it'll be expensive to buy from the dealer. Seats not holding memory.
The relays wont help seat memory, they will help with the lock and unlock isses. as for seat memory I'm not 100% but i belive thats a memory module in the door where the memory buttons are. the module maybe defective/loose wires. the other option is the PCM it may need it enabled in order to...- bluetorpedo

Try replacing the relays labeled "UNLCKJMPR" and 'DRVRUNLCK" i belive they are labeled had the same issue with my 01 they are located in the fuse block beside the instrument cluster- bluetorpedo
