    I wish I had seen this. I went the floss route and indeed it did leave residue which I then tried to use one of those glue wheel things on my drill and all that did was leave orange residue embedded in my paint, which I now cannot remove. Live & learn.

    My '20 has the riveted holder up front too, apparently, so I just bought a black filler plate off Amazon.com and painted some screws and attached it in the holder. Looks fine to me. I am happy with the results.
