    Stick with OEM Starter as Replacement?

    Thanks for the info. I replaced anything to do with and including the water pump in April along with the heater Ts. I also replaced the radiator in April and put on new battery cables before our summer vacation trip to Upstate New York.

    radiator leaking, what replacement is everyone using

    While you have the radiator out check the water pump too. I needed a water pump in February and decided to replace anything associated with the water pump because my Tahoe is a 2001 and it is our trip vehicle. I even replaced the heater connector Ts along with belts, tensioners and the radiator.

    Transfer case oil change question

    I change my oil on my 2001 Tahoe every 3000 miles or less depending if we are going on vacation or staying home. It costs me $50 for oil and K&N filter at the auto parts stores sales. I am not concerned with the money I just do it myself because I know it is done right and saves me time.
