I was a hoarder as well having amassed MANY NOS parts for my 97 2 door.
I drove that Tahoe for 13 years and reluctantly sold it in 2021 when my new 2021 2 door Bronco finally arrived.
I'm just getting around to unloading the remaining Tahoe parts, NOS and otherwise.
Thanks

Thanks YukonGT.
I did end up "refreshing" a for sale listing here I made back in 2013 on these items...
I just find it hard to throw stuff out- I'm always thinking "I may need that someday........."

Per the suggestion of Fless to clean the MAF and to confirm the cleanliness of the air filter; I i discovered an IMPRESSIVE size mouse/chipmunk nest in the airbox under the relatively new(less than 10 month) air filter.
I cleaned out the airbox, popped in a new air filter and spray-cleaned the...
8th digit is a "T" so its gas and not a flex fuel engine.
No loss of power or stuttering at 80MPH when the CEL comes on.
Fuel used is usually 87 octane and I have tried running Techron cleaner thru on a couple of tankful's.
I do have a vacuum gauge and a fuel pressure gauge so Ill give that a...
2004 Tahoe 5.3 Gas ( "T" in VIN) with 253K miles.
We are the original owners so all previous repair history is known.
I can drive the vehicle all day long, cross country If I choose to, as long as I stay under 80MPH.
If I go over 80 MPH I get a check engine light that reports back to a random...
Ill sell you the NOS stuff I have for $550 shipped.
Again, I'm missing the under dash harness but I you can wire the lights and switch directly using the wiring diagrams in this thread. I believe the under dash harness was to connect the foglights to the headlights as the fogs could only come if...
TaxiRob,
As stated earlier I have as NOS parts the Underhood harness, two fog light buckets( for the bumper) and the fog light capsules themselves. I also have a re-bulbed fog light switch and a one hole mounting plate( for barn door vehicles).
I do not have the under dash harness.
If you're...
2004 Tahoe with 255K miles.
Eighteen years of Northeast winters have been pretty rough on the finish of the wheels.
I'm not into replacing all four wheels/rims with refurbished ones for $600; but a quick paintjob would make the rims look 100% better.
Anyone know what the stock rim color(...
To be clearer, its the rubber seal that breaks not the glass itself. Unfortunately you cannot get the seal separately from the glass. Check into your insurance coverage as well as I was able to get them to pick up all but $100 of the replacement costs.

Fog light harnesses( 1-underdash and 1-underhood) ONLY came in Z71 tahoe, Denali or Escalades.
I don't think that foglights were actually a separate option that was offered by GM on Tahe/suburban/pickups.
The relay is part of the underdash harness, typically attached to/near the brake pedal...
