C0710 code solved, I think.
After having same issues same code. I had a different tech check. When the rack and pinion was replaced and they did the alignment the angle was off by 1 full turn to the left. A quick fix is to disconnect the shaft under the hood and return it to 0. Hope this helps.- Wgoehring3
