That is awesome. Very much appreciated. Going to buy this and install it.

Camera button found on 2024 Denali

Curious if the added camera button is compatible with the 2021 Yukon Denali. The Vehicle Stability Control System Switch (PN 85607776) is located to the left of the steering wheel near the HUD & Auto Start Stop buttons. I think this started for MY 2023 or 2024. On our 2021, the exterior...

Retrofit 2022+ Digital Instrument Cluster in 2021 Yukon Denali

This is a nice mod to the 2021's. Do you think you can purchase a used cluster and still complete the swap with the programming tools you purchased? Or do you have to get the new $750 cluster listed above?

    22 Tahoe with Water Leak

Thanks for the tips here. You were 100% correct. That was the location of the sunroof drain grommet. I went ahead and ordered a new firewall drain grommet of eBay, PN 84618825 and installed it. Once I got the speaker grille and speaker removed, I reached my hand down and grabbed the clear hose...

    22 Tahoe with Water Leak

Wow thanks Mike for sharing that. The more info the better. That explains why our front drain grommet only really only leaked at certain angles. I'm half debating buying another grommet and the silicone extension hoses from Mcmaster. I wonder how hard it is to get to that part of the firewall...

    22 Tahoe with Water Leak

True, and at least the metal looks like it's all coated from the factory. Would probably take a really long time to rot out. I'm going to chat with the Service Manager and see how he feels about it. Im also going to test the drain when its dry out and see if anything makes it to the ground.

    22 Tahoe with Water Leak

Yes, bad grommet indeed. Just got back inside from probing some more with the inspection camera. I was able to get the camera through the hole of the original grommet location which was very telling. It was clearly the cowling area like I thought. The new location doesn't seem to have any drain...

    22 Tahoe with Water Leak

I had thought the front sunroof drain hoses drained into the cowling beneath the windshield. This is a picture of the front sunroof drain hose PN 20973104. Unless there is another hose that extends past the grommet (bottom of picture) than it may be dumping into the same place as before, just...

    22 Tahoe with Water Leak

Well, my leak is "fixed." No more water coming down the firewall. I used the same inspection camera to see how the grommet was repaired, expecting to see gobs of rtv silicone around the grommet which I would have been ok with. To my surprise, the sunroof drain grommet (pictured in above post)...

    22 Tahoe with Water Leak

Yes thank you for posting that. I printed it out for reference and hope to have that TSB completed. I just poked up inside the cowl with the borescope and don't see the drain hose extensions.

    22 Tahoe with Water Leak

We had some decent rain last night. Parked truck like normal on the driveway with a slight incline (truck facing uphill). I had a hunch it would leak and sure enough there was some water under the carpet again on the passenger footwell. I was able to locate the white sunroof drain hose and...

2021 Yukon with roaring noise while turning left or right at slow speeds

We had the same issue when we bought our used 2wd Denali. Dealer found the pinion seal had been leaking some, topped off the fluid and the noise vanished. I would recommend anyone having that type of noise from the limited slip differential to check your fluid levels and for signs of leaking.

    22 Tahoe with Water Leak

Came to post about our CPO 2021 Yukon. We just discovered a water leak issue back in November. Thought it was from a small cooler we used on a road trip, but in late December found more water again in the passenger front footwell. I pulled some trim and carpet back and found evidence of water...
