GM performance air inlet for RST
I understand a CAI combined with the exhaust provides about 1 hp per every $200 of money. That is the typical cost to add some horse power to any car or truck and I enjoy getting slightly better performance.- Ken Bike

Why the switch to big rims?
One issue with 22' and 24" wheels is combined tire and rim weight gets heavy and really effects fuel mileage, and acceleration. Also the heavy set up requires larger springs and shocks to control the extra weight. Check out the difference in 1/4 mile times and road course times of a Ford GT 500... -

Anyone powdercoat their AT4 wheels black?
I have used a vinyl black out kit on my 2020 Jeep Rubicon factory wheels 3 years ago and it looks good. Thinking I will order a kit for my 2024 Tahoe Z71 when it arrives in March and install a larger tire. Need a source for the Z71? -

23 RST w performance package tranny issues
The 10 speed has a aluminum clutch basket with steel bushing the rides on the input shaft. The bushing can slide and blocks trans oil to the clutches and they burn up pushing junk to the rest of the transmission. This is a common issue with 2020 -2023 10 speed trans in Ford and GM products...- Ken Bike

2021/22 T1SUV 6.2L Rotofab cold air intake
I see GM parts has a CAI kit for the 6.2 assume it is for the upgraded power rating of the cop Tahoe. It indicates it does not fit the Z-71 with the 6.2. I will try to see if it will fit and if not go with a Roto Fab.- Ken Bike

Cargo area protection with dogs?

New Z71 on order
New to Forum and placed a Z-71 on order last Saturday. Did the 6.2, bench 2nd seat, luxury package, Z-71 Capability package, Max Trailer, off road performance package, Brembo Brakes, Cat back exhaust.
