Water Pump Failure
We wound up coasting to the shoulder of I-95 about 1.5 miles north of the South Newport exit. The tow truck took us to Riceboro. The auto mechanic was on it the next day (yesterday) ASAP and had us running by 2pm. Just changed the oil and things seem to be running well so far. Z- HomeMadeSin

This piqued my curiosity also. Took the first long trip (‘18 XL Denali 6.2 4x4). Voltage fluctuated from a touch over 14v to about 12.5V. Glad to hear it’s by design. But let me say that whomever was responsible for using 9v, 14v and 19v as markers spread over 8 graphically equal...- HomeMadeSin

Also, not sure if anyone else had a similar experience, but the nuts on top of the shock tower were about three frog hairs over 11/16”. Somewhere magically in no man’s land - 18mm was too big and 17mm too small. 11/16” worked but would not engage unless you tapped it on. 17.5mm would’ve worked...- HomeMadeSin

Ok, may have to surrender my on-line man-card but I did call a local dealer - same shocks as suspected. True. I have to do that for my EcoD because the intake swirl valves are stuck and remote start is disabled. It’s a pain - first world issue I know. And I’ll be the first to admit I’ll surrender my “man card” before I give up a heated steering wheel in the winter…. Z- HomeMadeSin

Been driving a company vehicle lately (2018 XL Denali). Have the exact same issue - tried turning off the “remote start - seat heat” for a day and then turning back on. NADA.
