I have an early model Z71 year 2000 but there’s a body change in mid 2000 to switch fronts you need the correct year I still have parts for the 99 and 2000 body’s but yours was the later model -

I have a 2000 Z71 and it’s I have a 2000 Z71 and it’s a different body style then the later 2000 there was a body change in the middle of production but there not the same when I order parts I use 1999 and have to give serial number ,I do have parts for the Z71 older like mine -

This is what happened to my tahoe in May
I restored a 2000 z71 and had the old one sitting there and the front clip is off. ,it has no rust ,dents or nothing would have been perfect for your repair- pwerwgn

Open all doors and check behind the rubber seals at the bottom. -

I live in the rust belt of Ohio and my old one looks just like that but i got a new (2000) out of Calif. 0 rust and redid the paint and interior but theres a new way to remove rust its with using dry ice ,i dont know the cost but seen it done on video and vehicles come out looking new.
