finally GM has agreed to replace on of the many modulators (being done today). Apparently they have had this problem before and replacing the modulator fixed it. We will see.............
I sent a certified letter to GMC customer support and they actually called me; only to say take it to the local dealer for analysis. I did that and left it with them for tw days. They could not reproduce the issue but discovered that one of the key sets was programmed to "vibrate". I have not...
I have a 2023 Yukon XL Denali with the exact same issue. GMC says talk to dealer and dealer has no fix. Very frustrating. I set it on "beeps" and it changes to "seat vibrations" on it's own, sometimes the same day I cahnge it, sometimes a week later, kind of random.
