Bad alternator?
It will likely leave her stranded, the battery alone will not provide the engine with the correct voltage long enough to get very far, I'd say park it until it's fixed unless you want more headaches- TXt3rr0r

Troubleshooting AC issues on 2004 z71
Auto mode (if an option) would be the only way it would adjust fan speed on its own to my knowledge. The blend door for the rear likely has a bad actuator, or the door is binding and sticking causing it to get stuck -
Exhaust sounds
The difference is usually in equal length exhaust, and ground clearance. Plus the camshafts and tuning is different in the car variations- TXt3rr0r

Does a 2024 Z51 with 6.2 require premium fuel?
I'm not saying it's a good idea to do so, but my father drove his zr2 silverado for 8mo and never put a drop of premium in it, and he has a very heavy foot, never resulted in any issues in the 35k miles he had it- TXt3rr0r
