I'm just back home. After coming back from work I had to tow a neighbor's Renault to the nearest Renault Dealer as it did not start.
47 old and it's the second time I use a tow bar.
Was fun.
The 'Hoe impressed the neighbor.
I understand.
XD
So Do I. Are they 17"?
Would you stop please posting picture of your marvelous truck? I'm jealous and I think my Hoe is suspecting something. :Big Laugh:
Nice job!
Good timing here also. I wanna ask the forum about those deflectors. Are the in-channel better? Which brands are yours?
Yes '03 cluster are lit with incandescent bulbs that are soldered inside some blue plastic socket.
There was a member here, few years ago, who did change for a living incandescent bulbs by LEDs.
I did buy some removed bulbs from him back then. May be he is still around.
I'm currently at work and I can acess to TYF but still can not access to the seatshop. I'm running through the VPN of the company which locate us in another part of the country.
Thanks for the laugh. XD
Djeezzz.
I was watching a video from LSXMatt about swapping the leather/vinyl cover of his seats and wanna check about https://www.theseatshop.com/
It's like TYF. I can not access this forum or the seat shop from my regular browser.
I must use a VPN with an american IP or I cannot have access...
I know. I've done this years ago and even created a thread about it here.
The issue was I lost the Cruise Control and it is very useful to me so I'd rather have incandescent bulbs at the back AND CC rather than just LED bulbs. ^^
I've swapped to LED because I wanted to drain less current from the battery. Adding resistor would cancel that gain.
I'm currently browsing Amazon to find some stuff. Before I buy some aftermarket LED Taillight i need to test if I can melt together turn signal and reverse light within one bulb...
Update.
I've ordered less powerfull struts as one of 'em almost ripped on a hinge that was just holding with one screw.
I read that 120N (Newtons) is like 12 kilos (~24 pounds). That's way too much.
Small update.
When removing it becasue I needed cargo space, I understant that free floating fett would not be acceptable.
I've ordered from Amazon a set of 4 struts used for kitchen furniture. 120N is a little bit too much but i did not know that back then.
The main legs were going full...
Nice truck, I really love it.
But I was concerned by the windows of the house behind. Is that yours ?
Does the windows open the european way ? (2 parts side by side, opening toward the inside)
I though your american fellow had only windows with the lower half opening upward, guillotine style...
Nice job.
May be I'm watching too much "hollywood made" tv but can't you pretend you have aches everywhere since the accident, that you suffer from PTSD everytime you get to a traffic sign et so on, and threatens them to go to court?
At least the driver shouldn't pay for something?
I need...
Did not work a lot today as I was constantly disturbed by phone calls. I hate cellulars. ^^
Use smaller hinges to screw the middle feet, I also screw the feet for the foldable part.
I found out that the corner of the foldable grund would scratch hard the roof so I had to make some cuts...
Hi,
Still working* on my project..
When lunch breaks comes I eat quickly and go back to my Hoe.
Today I sawed the big pannel to get a side a little bit rounder so it would fit closer to the inside trim of the hatchback door.
I then screwed the hinges. 3 per foot. 1 screw for now. Will add more...
--- Sorry for the pictures quality, I split the lens of the camera. ---
Last week I learned that the wood trader agency I've been working for for 5 years now will be moved next town... but the warehouse (no more warehouse, just a showroom).
Me and 2 colleages will lose their job. It was a...
