Sticky brakes after booster replacement
It was apparently the internal diaphragm valve. I removed the booster and swapped it out. Brakes work great now. Thanks for your help.- newbutlearning

Sticky brakes after booster replacement
I just replaced the brake booster on my 96 Tahoe 4D Monday night. Wednesday morning, on my way to work, I noticed whenever I pressed hard on the brakes, it made a whistling sound. The brakes also didn't let up after letting go of the pedal. It took a few seconds for them to finally let go...- newbutlearning
