I ended up getting a kit of springs, spacers, and shocks from Tony. It dropped it a hair over an inch in the rear. It left my Tahoe with 3/4 " rake which I think is perfect for a Tahoe for a leveled look. The ride is like stock and it doesn't feel as top heavy when cornering.

I took enough of the wheel well apart to access the area. It has a plate that two screws go to that the bolt is facing up. Next to the bolts are two triangles that line up with the closed end tabs on the bumper. They look like you could push them up and that is what holds it in Place. Tried...
That is what I am talking about. The bumper is only tied to the wheel well by the top and bottom screw. I undo the top screw in the wheel well and I was able to pull the top of the bumper out with no problem. I figured it has to tie some other way.
