that's all it was, just popped the panel off the tailgate, removed two nuts with 10mm socket and done. i knew it had to be simple- Mikey1026

Replacing rear wiper arm park
I bought a used '01 Tahoe and it appears that the rear wiper arm park (or catch or stop or whatever you want to call it) was broken off so I got a replacement for it, but cannot figure out how to install it. Not sure if there is anything I need to do from inside the liftgate or what. I thought...- Mikey1026
