we plan on putting in bucket seats as well for the second row, and we're not too worried about storage space, so the seat will be almost as far back as it can be with the doors shut. good point though.- horsin1787

I did find the brackets now http://www.theseatshop.com/third-row-seat-brackets-1.html?cat=1388&p=2 I'm just not entirely sure if they're the one for use on the tahoe. I e-mailed to ask and the guy said they do have them . They are 75.00 and 15.00 for shipping. He said to call 214 710...- horsin1787

Need front seat, anyone know of were to start?
Why are you replacing with a bench seat? the buckets as so much more comfy. anyhoo, i have one from mine, but it's a second row bench, so i don't know if it will work for the front. we're lookin to replace with buckets, no console, for the second row. have blue leather interior.- horsin1787

whoo-hoo, with a bit of searching on here i found this http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18936&highlight=seating it's another post with a youtube video. Looks like a suburban/yukon third seat can be used with installation of these brackets :) ---------- Post added...- horsin1787

96 Tahoe SLE 2nd row seat swap, blue
I would love to put captain's chairs in place of my bench seat in the 2nd row. My interior is blue leather. We're in WI, if anyone wants to swap. 96 Chevy Tahoe 3rd row seating? would a suburban 3rd row work? What I would like to do is move the bench seat to the back for a third row seating, and install captain's chairs for second row seating.
