1st: does anybody have step by step info or pics or video on how to install a body lift on a 99 older bodystyle yukon 4dr with no third row seating? 2nd:how do i get rid of the drive shaft noise of start off its kinda like a squeek and a little jerk off of start off. does it just about...- joshr480
