Passenger side blend door actuator location??
Just did mine a few days ago. changed out the Passenger side actuator along with the fresh air/Recirc actuator while I was in there. Took me about three and a half hours total. Not as bad as it sounds, just need to take your time and pay attention to what your doing. Good as new now. -

Having problems with my Rear HVAC
Check you electrical connections for the actuators.. Both where they plug into the actuator itself and where it plugs into the control module. I had this happen to mine, Very slight corrosion will cause this, I unplugged and plugged back in a few times along with some electrical contact cleaner... -

2002 Tahoe groaning noise from passenger side behind lower part of dash.
there are two actuators within the dash.... one for the temp control, and one for the Fresh air/ Recirc door. Could be that making the noise, but generally they will make a "ticking" sound when going out and it would be rare for both to go at the same time, but anything is possible. I just... -

Front driver side temp control problem
Your actuator for the drivers side temp control should be on the passenger side of the center console by their feet.There is a black cover that covers up all vents etc near the floorboard, take that cover off and the actuator you can see under there. I have a 2004 Tahoe with gray interior. The main part of the interior is a lighter gray, SEM color that matched perfect is 15813 Medium Dark Pewter. Drivers door lock actuator... Door Ajar
Ok, Ive been getting the door ajar warning for the drivers door, after researching, ive come up with the door lock actuator needs to be replaced that has the door ajar micro switch imbedded in it.
