They are installed above the control arm from the factory. If they are installed underneath the control arm it will lower the front end

I mentioned to the mechanic that they may have put the spring perch on the highest setting. But I don’t remember these shocks being adjustable which is why I am confused.

Nothing happens when I press the OnStar button and the phone button on the rear view mirror. I don’t get the typical OnStar greeting and the radio continues to play without muting.
I haven’t had a chance to check behind the head unit to make sure everything was reconnected when they swapped...
