    thank you for the reply. Today it was stuck in 4 low. pulled the fuse for the 4 wheel drive and was able to get it back into 2 wheel drive. looks like I will have to replace this sensor before I get stuck in 4 wheel drive low for good.

    Nice website here! I was searching a few things and ended up here. Lots of good info. I just bought an '05 Yukon XL. Sold my '01 Tahoe. The Tahoe was one of the best vehicles I ever owned. I had it for 8 years...bought it with 30K and sold it at 245K. Still had the original transmission in it...
