    Strutmasters Magneride

That's good to hear, I'm leaning toward the FCS shocks for front and rear. Both have lifetime warranty and are a bargain price right now. Strangely, RockAuto lists FCS in the original ride quality grouping on the site where-as Dorman is sitting in the Economy category. Not sure how they...

    Strutmasters Magneride

Yes, been searching for the past 2 days. While some sites show that they have it, delivery is a month out or more..or, the ones that do have it are charging close to 1k per strut.

    Strutmasters Magneride

Scratch that, I thought I was getting active replacements for front but the are passive...soooo...back to searching for parts. I need a loaded strut, I don't have a spring compressor. MR3840 out of stock everywhere I look.

    Strutmasters Magneride

Ok, so apparently I was searching on the wrong model number. I'm ordering the OEM shocks for the rear (same price as Arnott and it says they are lifetime warranty) and Arnott loaded shocks for the front with the 2yr warranty. As you all called out, slightly more but I don't want to chance it...

    Strutmasters Magneride

I looked at the Arnott's and was going to order those but I'm struggling to find them in stock anywhere. RockAuto has them on backorder.

    Strutmasters Magneride

Anyone out there gone with the Strutmasters Magneride shocks over OEM? I just spoke with them on the phone and they told me they manufacture all their parts and are not remanufactured. This also comes with the complete strut assembly up front which might save me some $$ on labor. I'm looking...

Reverse lights staying on after exit

Hey All, wife just informed me that when she puts the car in park her reverse lights are staying on and they continue to stay on even after exiting vehicle. Typically she has to lock the car repeatedly to get them to shut off. It's only when she's parked but she's made quite a few upset at the...

Third Row seat stuck, cannot remove It is folded down

Hey All, I've seen loads of threads on the seat being stuck in upright position but my issue is actually where I can fold the seat up and down like normal but when it's folded down and I attempt to pull it out it is not releasing for me to remove. How can I get this out manually, any known...

    GM Fault injured my child

My wife sliced her finger open the other day on our Yukon but I didn't really think anything of it as far as being a TSB. Anyone have good luck getting these replaced after 100k? Mine just rolled over 100k last month. 2009 GMC yukon Denali xl

09 Yukon Full battery no crank

Hey All, I thought I had this problem fixed a year ago when I bought a new AGM battery for my Yukon and my electrical issues had seemed to be gone, for a full year! Now, this week, wife says when she goes out to start yukon, everything lights up but car only makes a single click noise when...

    Conquering the (NNBS) P0449 Code

So I replaced my vent solenoid and the corresponding harness along with my gas cap. Engine code went away :).....for about a week. Now it comes on sporadically and is currently lit. I know the technical service bulletin says not to replace the solenoid valve but that's the last remaining...

    back doors won't unlock...help

Sorry, didn't see the part number in the earlier post. I will however ask where everyone got the best deal on their actuators. I normally buy on amazon but don't see it there, also can't find the same part number at advance auto parts.

    back doors won't unlock...help

My driver passenger door just started doing this tonight. It is intermittent at this point and very frustrating. For those of you that had yours fail, was it all at once or gradual? Also, when i started looking for the part, I had a hard time pin-pointing which one I need. Anyone...

OEM Jack stand / spare tire access

My 09 Denali XL was missing the jack stand when I bought it. Is there another way to lower the spare tire without this tool? Also, does anyone know where I can buy the factory jack stand and if so, the p/n? When I'm home it wouldn't matter, but if I were on the road, I'd be out of luck.

    Battery Recomendations

I'm considering doing the dual-battery install on my Yukon Denali XL. The vehicle is completely stock but has the battery drain issue. I currently have the stock replacement battery today (AC-Delco unit). I've had the battery and alternator tested and they are reporting no issues. So...

    P0449 code

Did you see this thread? http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=50935&highlight=p0449 It looks like they throw a p0449 but the canister is not defective, it's the canister vent solenoid valve (CVS), there is also a technical service bulletin that covers this as well (called out...

6.2 what kind of mpg are you getting?

I get similar results as well. Slightly worse on e-85 but that is to be expected and I only run it when the price margin is greater than 30%.
