98 Tahoe 5.7 vortec, slight rod knock at idle.
I was driving in cruse control at about 55 mph when my transmission pump busted. rpm shot up, tapped the brake to disengage, towed it home replaced the pump. now I have a slight rod knock at idle. heaver oil makes knock go away almost completely.
