    97 yukon stuck in 4lo

    My Yukon was in 2hi and I couldn't get it into 4hi. I pushed the rocker switch back and forth and it went into 4lo. And stayed. When I push on the 2hi button, the 4lo button lights up, but I can't get it into 4hi. I have tried neutral, park, turning it on and off, etc. Any ideas?

    I'm sorry, I think I may have been referring to them wrong. When I turned the zone knob, the door moved smoothly along the whole range. I was only looking at one crank. Are there two cranks attached to that zone/mode motor? Where is the other door that the zone/mode motor runs located? Thank you
