thank you. i rub with my 20's and it was never really bothersome to me. it's winter now and the stock rims are just god awful on the z71 and it's time for new tires. everyone on here has a badass tahoe (both lifted and lowered) and mine is boring and broken lol. the summer job income and no more... -

I was scoping these forums for the biggest tires to fit a tahoe without modification and so far i THINK some people said a 285/75/16 is the biggest (it's time to replace the bike tires that the previous owner put on). I was just wondering if this would also be the case for the Z71 package. I... -

I never knew they made such a thing, I appreciate the tip but fortunately I spent about an hour messing with the truck and it ended up taking a lot of pounding, swearing, pulling, and two people to break the ice seal that was formed. well the cable was connected because i wasn't able to pull it, i finally pulled the handle as hard as i could and it moved, i may have disconnected the cable but it really didn't feel like it. i've pretty much given up. currently i just want to get the truck out of it's parking spot and indoors...- mdavisZ71

I'm about to resort to ripping the stupid little plastic handle off. I'm not sure if i can reach the cable with plyers.. I'd go check real quick if it wasn't so far away. worth a shot next time i journey to the parking lot.- mdavisZ71

well i had someone pull the handle while i lifted the hood but the handle doesn't work so it didn't work. and using a heating device isn't possible cuz it's in the middle of my dorm parking lot..- mdavisZ71
