2009 Tahoe oil pressure failure
could that be why it wasn't getting any oil at all? it was making a quick somewhat loud tapping noise. I don't wanna have to pay to get my engine taken apart for the cam bearings which I've been reading it may be the problem due to that damn e85 deal....one guy said by 2011 that problem was gone- James1180

2009 Tahoe oil pressure failure
awhile back my oil pressure gauge would stay at 0 and my dash would read "oil pressure low stop engine" then 5 seconds later the gauge would go back up to normal. it did this about 5 times and I didn't think much of it because if I remember the cluster had a recall. anyways it did it this last...- James1180
