You are correct, for the most part. Some vehicles see greater reduction in coolant temps with changes to fin pitch / density and tube dimensions than overall core dimensions; but in this case, the core was made larger.

Good questions! We do use a new OEM radiator for testing to ensure that there are no issues like clogged tubes or bent fins to skew the data. The Tahoe is higher mileage, but it's very well cared for and had no other modifications or issues that would have affected testing. We also installed...
