I am pretty sure one of my lifters in cylinder 4 is stuck extended.. When the DOD engages it knocks like there’s no tomorrow. But It’s been good for about a month hasn’t engaged DOD for some “reason”. Haha..
I used these, Dayton springs 351-897HD with Bilstein 5100 shocks 24-253260 and a one inch block I. The rear. The front has a 2” leveling spacer with 5100s as well with it adjusted up two notches. The ride is so much better then the factory air leveling system.
I’m running theses LED Clicky they are 6k on the temperature spectrum and super bright.. They match the DRLs of the Yukon. I would not run them if you do t have projectors because they are blinding bright if the light is not focused.
With out the air bags it sits a little low in the rear and bounces around quite a bit.. I had a medium sized ice chest on a rack in the hitch, the rear was sagging like I had trailer with 600 lbs of tongue weight..
I unplugged my compressor, and removed the air ride shocks. It rides so much better now. There is a downside, I get a notification on my dash that says to service the leveling system every time I get in. I just hit the ok and continue my drive.. I personally don’t mind it, but if that would...
That’s not entirely true, have the same thing. You have the increased capacity package, so you do not have the Magneride just a leveling shock. The Ride height is sensed by a sensor on the driver side.. PN# 19432783 should be the correct shock.
If you don’t mind the leveling system warning...
Perfect, this is the exact setup I was going for wheels and lift, tires im not sure of yet. But I love these wheels. My Yukon is white so it wont be exactly the same.. hmm maybe I need a Denali grille too..
