What's up Guys
Need some assistance from the group here. I'm looking at purchasing a 2018 Escalade ESV with a little over 100k miles. Truck is clean carfax looks solid. I also have the build sheet. Issue is I just realized there is no rear seat entertainment. Not a huge deal as all my kids have...
I am currently running 245/75/16 general grabber HTS tires. These were great tires but l'm now in need of a new set and I'd like some wider AT tires. Always felt the stock size looks to narrow on a truck of this size. Issue is I want to get a wider tire width without increasing the overall...
I have both pioneer & kenwood units in my trucks. Both are nice. I prefer the pioneer only because it has wireless Apple CarPlay.

What’s up guys
So I’ve had an issue with misfires in the past. Have even posted about it but cannot seem to find that post. Anyway I’m driving the other day and the Truck threw a P0357 Code. Started running slightly rough but only at stoplights with my foot on the brake. When I put it in park...
Just seems like a lot of work to keep the truck cool at idle. I’ve got a lot of guys on this post telling me to keep the clutch fan. And then a few of you guys who have done the electric fan mod. To be honest Im torn on what to do. I sit at idle way more than I tow so the cooling situation there...
**I don’t overheat during slow speed / stop and go. It’s happened twice in the high heat while the truck is sitting with the AC on. We’re talking for 45min plus
**The fan clutch & radiator are aftermarket. Was done before I realized how important OEM parts are. Everything else I’ve had done...
What’s up guys
Was sitting today with in the truck and it got so hot that a warning message popped up about the engine being to warm & the AC was shutting down. In defense of the truck it was extremely hot today.
Now this has never happened to me before. My question is would electric fans...
This was probably the best answer I’ve got so far on the subject. Thanks for the honest input on both brands. Can’t argue with a guy that owns both.In the end I went with the pioneer DMH-WT8600NEX. Having it installed tomorrow. I’ll post pics and videos after.

Yea from what Panasonic just told me as long as your en route using CarPlay or android play for Nav and you hit a dead spot the radio should still keep the signal for navigation. I’ll keep you guys posted regardless as to how it works.

That pisses me off. Why would they not include Navi. Kenwood is coming out with 2 large screen units. One with Navi and one without.

It just came out. Installer was on the phone with his supplier ordering the regular sized model. Guy told him the 10.1 was available for my truck.

The installer is encouraging me not to use the RR. Says the car specific stuff lags and is unreliable. Apparently there is another way for me to keep the steering wheel control functionality and rear entertainment etc.
