That billet piece from Gruven looks great, but the cheap plastic tee has lasted 180k miles, so I'm okay with the factory part. If I break the existing plastic connector, do I need the tool to install the new hose end? Or does it just slide into place? O'Rielly has a Gates replacement assembly...- Scotty54

Vehicle is a 2006 Z71 Tahoe with auto 4WD and Stabilitrack. My T-case has trans fluid in it right now. I checked the manual and it's a little confusing. It says for AWD with Stabilitrack use Dexron III. I think I jumped on this seeing the word "Stabilitrack" and that's what I used last time...- Scotty54
