So I finally got my RC 3.5” lift on yesterday afternoon with 35x12.5 Venom RT tires (I know I will get push back for these but I got them at a steal) and Bora 1.5” spacers on front (they only had 2 in stock yesterday) the rear spacers will be sent to my house next week and I will put them on...
Hey Guys,
I just ordered the RC 3.5" lift and 35x12.5x20 tires. I want to use it on my stock Z71 20" wheel. Do any of you know what size spacers I will need to prevent rubbing UCA, inner fender, ect. I do not want them to stick out far. Just enough to not rub.
Those are the builds I originally saw. I sent them a message yesterday and waiting on a response. The 35x12.5 I would have to imagine a lot of trimming is needed.
Yeah that’s what seemed a bit odd to me. Maybe RC is just giving a very conservative number.
I can’t decide if I want to go 2/1 or the 3.5”.. do you really have to trim the studs on the 2/1 lift?
Has anyone tried fitting a 35” tire with the 3.5” RC lift kit? I see the website recommended at 33.2x12. I was curious to know what the max size would be without trimming.
Hey guys,
Sorry it has been a while. I went with the 1” hub centric spacers on Amazon. It does not say it fits the vehicle but I put them on anyway. I did not require any trimming of the studs. With the Z71 wheels there are hollow areas where the stud fits inside it on the spacers. Have driven...
Are the photos with the stock wheels before or after the RC 2/1 lift? I am looking to order the 2/1 lift but my Z71 looks like it’s already pretty level. I want to avoid being nose high.
I have seen some 5/16th” and smaller on eBay. These do not have the studs. They go over your existing studs. Seems l the problem is 1-1.25” I believe it is related to the studs but I am not certain.
Hey guys,
I purchased a 2022 Tahoe Z71 this week. I am looking to purchase the RC 2/1 lift and I’d like to also put wheel spacers on that sit flush with the wheel well with a 285/60r20 tire.
What size wheel spacer do you guys reccomend to have the tire/wheel sit flush with the wheel well?
I...
I’m a big fan of them. It’s a great economic decision if you want semi-Off-road coilovers. They come with the springs so the ride is slightly firmer but it feels more controlled.
I am currently running 295/55/20 on my 2015 Yukon SLT. I was thinking of running a bigger tire but am afraid of the rubbing on the fender. I’ve got 3-3.25” of lift on front with rough country UCA and .5” wheel spacers.
Does anyone have any pictures of how you trimmed your fender well to fit the...
Just posting this from about a month back. Will try to get more pictures later.

Hello all,
Has anyone here ran the Moog 81069 rear coil spring? If so, how did you like it? Are there any better options as replacement over stock coil springs?
Hello everyone, it’s my first post. I’ve been an owner of a 2015 GMC Yukon SLT 2WD for about 9 months now and so far I’ve done the following to the suspension:
295/55r20 Nitto ridge grappler
.25” wheel spacers
RC UCA (the 3.5” lift one)
Bilstein B8 6112 (on 1st setting after 0 lift)
3” coil...
