01 Yukon XL 2500 4x4 Not Working.. Rear Shocks??

04 Yukon XL 2nd Row Seat Flat Flap Cargo Clip
Have an 04 Yukon XL with the 2nd row bench, the clip that holds the flat piece to make the cargo area flat when the seat is down snapped in half, has anyone ever repaired the clip or just replaced it? -
