Bottom line, if you're sitting on the bumpstops in the front or rear you really ought to cut them back. No way the truck will ever ride decently on something like 1/2" of highly progressive rubber, and by asking it to you may as well throw your shocks away; they're effectively doing nothing...- ESCA-L8R

I chopped out the rear bumpstops. I believe y'all around here call it a "Free Travel Mod" or something like that. It only took a few minutes to do with the plasma cutter, but on the left side you're about 1" away from the plastic gas tank so it's super nerve-wracking. Like I said, the rear...- ESCA-L8R

I just bought this mad pimpy Escalade last week and know little of it's pre-auction history beyond what Carfax will tell me. It's on 305/40/22's, but seems stock otherwise. However, it looks to me like it may have been lowered at some point just based on the stance- Is there some way to check...- ESCA-L8R
