    sorry it took me so long to post my addition where the 2nd battery would of went if it was a diesel. I made it pretty quick and now wish I spent more time on it. when I update it will send in new photos of more improved one later.

    I found the problem it was a bad fuse. I didn't realize there is a fuse for driver side and another one for passenger side. just assumed they were both on same fuse. thanks all for all the great ideas.

    Thank u. I believe its something to do with the evap system. It started to do it again so I pulled over and loosing the gas cap and it stopped doing it. Weird that its not throwing a code. Im gonna check all the hoses and charcoal canister. Ive replaced everything else on that system.

    Yes it happens while I'm coasting. No engine light. Sorry about the confusion. It runs good driving around town. It only does it if it sits idling for a long period. Sitting in a long line at bank, school, etc.
