    this wont work for my front shaft was turning but not the front diff.. best way i found to check, without parking in a mud hole is to jack all 4 corners up and then engage 4x4 and give it some gas.. i got a wiring issue some where that was not engaging the front diff... got a new switch and...

    im having the same problem on my 98 hoe... ebay has that actuator for 78 bucks.. thats the cheapest i can find... bought mine yesterday and when i comes in ill let you know... also bought a new switch just in case... i took a small brass bushing and put between actuator and front diff. housing...
