Encoder motor setting it too neutral?
i removed the transfer case shift motor too replace the encoder ring, and after having done so the transfer case was set too neutral and i attempted too set the shift motor electronically too neutral without being bolted too the transfer case. the motor moved but is now stuck. i did have it apart, but put the motor back together before i hooked it up to the wiring harness. how should i go about manually moving the gears?- Logan Moore

Originally i had a service 4wd light on and the car refused to shift into either 4hi or 4lo ( no lights on the selector ) pulled the codes and i got a c0327. got a new encoder ring and rebuilt the motor. when i was installing the new motor it would not seat properly onto the transfer case...- Logan Moore
