    What is the black piece above the rear tail light called? Mine is loose on my 2013 Yukon XL. I was hoping someone could tell me or refer me to a previous thread I cannot find. Thanks.

    Water leak

    I think it is from the electrical boot that runs from the body to the lift gate. I have the same problem. I am thinking about sealing it with some clear silicon.

    Thank you, I will post pics of my XL this weekend. Right now it is stock, but after browsing on the forum, I plan on getting a Range AFM delte, and work on changing the roof rack.

    Hello, I currently have a 2013 Yukon XL 2wd. Previously I have owned a 1994 GMC 4x4 (288,000 miles before being lost to an accident) and a 1998 2500 GMC 4x4 Suburban (sold it, idk why). Found the site while looking for exterior trim ideas, and decided to join. Mike
