    Just a thought but is your truck 4wd? When my wife's Tahoe and my work Tahoe are in auto 4wd it does exactly what you are describing.     How do I get the auto headlights to work?

    If it is a "police" package truck, either ppv or Ssv, the auto headlight feature is disabled from the factory. my ssv also has the drls turned off. I believe both can be turned back on as a bcm function but I have never tried on mine, I need them both turned off. E.p.

    What did these wires go to?

    Yep, heated washer "delete". Just did mine yesterday. there is also a 60 amp fuse in the fuse block that can be pulled. There had been a fix for the washers but then gm decided to just do away with them all together. E.P.
