    For clarity, only some of the Depo's have this concern. I have the OEM-looking Depos and they do not have any fitment or wiggling concerns. They actually have wonderful fitment. Perhaps better than stock.

    I've heard the same about the metal pipes. That's why I went with the K&N unit (under the Summit brand). It is cool to the touch after the engine has been running for a while. The combo of the K&N intake and Diablosport tuner made a clear impact on drivability and acceleration.

    The Summit intake (summitracing.com) is actually just the K&N FIPK for a cheaper price since it is store-branded (still uses K&N filter and the air tube still has the K&N logo). Installed easily. Works well. Looks clean.

    Cool. Thanks. I picked those up. I was leaning toward the OEM style ballasts, but I pulled the trigger on some DDM units instead. Seemed to have a good reputation and soooo much cheaper. I went with the 4500k on the low beams and ordered the fogs too. Excited to see how this comes together.

    Great! Thanks for the info. I don't mind the color where the projector is creating a prism-type effect, I just don't want an overall blue or purple look that seems non-OEM. Where did you get the OEM headlamp assemblies? Do you like the cutoff pattern?

    Well, I didn't remove the cats. It was like that when I bought the vehicle. I'm just trying to find the most cost effective working solution. Arkansas doesn't have vehicle inspections, so legal ramifications are largely irrelevent.

    I'm leaning toward buying a tuner device to make the code not register. I figure if I'm going to have to spend money to fix it, I might as well gain some power out of the deal. I have a thread open on the Black Bear Performance tuning vendor page on here to see if theirs will tune it out.
