    Yes they did. It had no effect. Like I said, they did everything diagnostically - checked the wiring, computer, components, you name it. Still does the same thing.

    Tried that one. Dealership tried that one. Works for about an hour and hot air again. You hear a reset for about two seconds and then nothing. I hear a brief reset and then it works for a few minutes, then the hot air again.

    I figured this one out. It was actually a bad connection on one of the wires to the back door switch. Oddly enough, the sloppiness of the window disappeared after I fixed the damage wire connection. And, of course, after I bought a new window regulator. Naturally.
