Bad ground or computer
I have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe with the 5.3. It started honking the horn and flashing the lights when I was driving all by itself. Then it started not turning over after it sat overnight and it would take a while for it to start. Next all of a sudden no more firing up it eventually stop starting...- Rtg1982
