    OEM Roof Rack

Any pictures of what you are describing? They should be interchangeable front to back because, in theory, they should be the exact same cross member.

Thoughts on 25 Yukon Denali giant screen?

100% agreed. That screen is hideous. The Tahoe is where it is at. Inside and out, the Tahoe is a much nicer refresh from the Yukon.

    Towing with a rental Tahoe

At the end of the day I have discovered one thing, there is a business model out there somewhere to rent ONE WAY trucks for towing. Enterprise has a truck rental which is where I started but they do not allow one way towing so that option was out. Uhaul is insanely priced and doesn't, in a lot...

    Towing with a rental Tahoe

I read the rental contract in it's entirety and in no place on the contract does it state there is a financial penalty for misuse, aside from covering the cost of the repair or replacement in addition to, and in some cases, where lost rental time could be applied. All of these clauses fell...

    Towing with a rental Tahoe

Mechanical failure was the main thing that went through my mind, especially when they handed me the keys to a Jeep Wagoneer LOL. I think the cost to monitor outweighs the benefits. I would wager that the amount of failures they see due to towing or misuse is probably miniscule and the savings...

    Towing with a rental Tahoe

You're exactly correct. The only concern I had was if there was a major mechanical malfuntion, where the rental company could say that towing was the cause of the failure. I would of had to get creative with the tow truck driver if that situation arose LOL.

    Towing with a rental Tahoe

My insurance guy checked with underwriting and claims to verify. All stated that it doesn't matter what the rental car company says. This assumes that in the event of an accident I am not driving wreckless etc. I made sure I was very clear with him what I was doing and what the rental company...

    Towing with a rental Tahoe

I did not, through my research it does void the rental agreement which the biggest issue would be a total loss from an accident which was my main concern. But my insurance covers everything.

    Towing with a rental Tahoe

Almost all full sized SUVs are standard with hitches. Plus when you look at the rental resale market, selling a full size SUV without a hitch would be harder.

    Towing with a rental Tahoe

I got it done on Tuesday. All went well. They ended up giving me a Jeep Wagoneer and it pulled just fine, roughly 7 hours with a stop for gas and dinner.

    A/T Tire selection for 2022 AT4 on 20" wheels

As others have said unless you're towing a heavy load all the time stick with the passenger rated tire. I had E Load Rated tires on my Denali and they rode like $#!t. I went down to an XL rated tire instead.

    Towing with a rental Tahoe

I am flying to Chicago to pick up a new to me enclosed snowmobile trailer and driving back to Minnesota. I confirmed with my insurance company that the rental car and trailer are covered from a liability standpoint + my umbrella policy. Trailer will also get full coverage before I hit the...

    Rail Dust - Surface Corrosion

Hi all - I have noticed an increase in the amount of visible surface rust on my 2022 Denali. There are very small orange spots all over the doors and tail gate. It is very clear that it is rail dust from transportation. I took it to the dealer today for an oil change and had them look at it...

Need Guidance Please - Preparing for New Travel Trailer - Questions

1.) We have a Passport GT 2951BH that is about 100lbs under your estimated dry weight. The trailer is 34' tip to tail so it is longer. Admittedly we do not travel with it much but I have hauled it a few times and it handles great on the highway but I'm not going over 65mph typically. It is...

Question on the anti crash technology

Hit the parking sensor button to the left of the steering wheel under the vent. This will disable the auto braking feature. My truck freaks out sometimes when backing out of the garage and automatically stops me and at the same dirties a set of underwear. So I usually disable it until I am...

What’s wrong with those tires on the pictures?

The maintanence records or carfax you shared on another post shows that 2 tires were mounted and balanced recently. Tells me they only replaced 2 instead of all 4. The 2 you have pictures of are most likely the 2 original ones.

Tinted front windows - Can it get removed?

If the service department did replace the headlight, they may have installed the bumper incorrectly when putting it back together. My understanding is the bumper (and possibly the grille) has to be removed to replace a headlight.

Dealer Service History - Would you buy?

Based on all the posts you've posted on this truck coupled with that service history, I wouldn't buy that truck. But that's just my opinion and I am probably on the upper scale of OCD so take that for what it's worth.

Tinted front windows - Can it get removed?

I may be wrong, but that windshield looks like it might have tint on it and that bubble in the corner is the tint separating from the glass. Windshield was definitely replaced either way. Looks like the bumber under the headlight is not lining up either. Guessing it was in an accident which...

Denali Stock Wheels with A/T Tires

They should fit with Stock suspension. Before I downsized to 275/60/20 tires, I had 295/60/20 Toyo AT3's which is a slightly taller tire than his setup and they fit with stock suspension.

Denali Stock Wheels with A/T Tires

I agree, I love the KO2's look and overall handling. However, the weight of those tires altered the ride dynamics to a point it was noticeable - rode really firm, 2+ MPG loss, road noise was excessive, etc. (I must be getting old lol). Are those still a load range D or E?

    Expedition Max to Yukon XL?

We have a Passport 2950BH and pulled it with our Yukon last summer (admittedly we don't travel with it much). My yukon has the 6.2l and it performed great. Mileage was nothing to write home about but it handled the highway at 65/70 MPH very well. Our Yukon does have Max Towing with air ride...

    Chrome delete picture thread

Has anyone been successful in vinyl wrapping the outer surround of the grille on a Denali rather than painting (leaving the honey comb silver)? I am debating on color matching the bottom door trim, rear silver panel and the grille surround. I would like the option of going back to stock...
