2021 Tahoe LT Duramax 4WD at 1,100 Miles.
This is poured into your fuel tank. As you drive its goes into the exhaust system and cleans the DPF. Pour it in and forget about it. if you idle a lot or do a lot of short trips its something to look at. Its good to use just to keep the system healthy. doesnt get into the oil.- sqd pkl

2nd time Lifter Failure... 2021 Yukon AT4
I am a huge dodge fan and own a lot of ram trucks. The 5.7 and 6.4 we have at work both suffered lifter failures. Both trucks had to have cams and lifters replaced. Once the lifter roller fails it wipes out the cam. it only happens if you let the engine idle ALOT. both trucks had more idle time...- sqd pkl

We had a isuzu with a clogged DPF and it was so bad it wouldnt hardly run. After 2 tanks with lucas it was back to normal. Works very well.- sqd pkl

I am a diesel mechanic for a living and our shop swears by lucas dissel deep clean. it cleans the DPF. Every time the engine does a regen the DPF is not fully cleaned. Over time the regen cant clean the DPF enough and then the DPF will have to be replaced or cleaned. the lucas cleans that little...- sqd pkl

Diesel and city driving?
I am a diesel mechanic for a living and you have nothing to worry about. When the DPF first hit the market it was completely different than now. The engine can now do regens at low speeds or sitting still. DEF system has nothing to do with regen. DEF is mostly used at low speeds or idle to...- sqd pkl
